For children and young people (aged 2 to 17) that have had a liver, small bowel, or multi visceral transplant at King's College Hospital. The team also includes live donors (that have donated to children at King's)

The team take part in the British Transplant Games each summer. The Games are held in different cities around the UK. This year (2020) the Games are in Coventry at the end of July. Registration for the Games usually opens in February.
