Chronic rejection

Hi, new to this group. My daughter is almost 13, 6 years post transplant and now deemed as being in chronic rejection. There's talk that if blood results continue to rise, particularly billurubin levels they may consider retransplantation.

Has anyone had their child go through chronic rejection and things rectified itself without the need for another transplant?

Is there anything I can do that might help improve things?

Does anyone know if hormonal changes and puberty have an impact on everything that's going?

Truth is, I don't know what to do.
