Woul appreciate if you could please explain to me on the procdure you had. My brother who is 84 has been delaying on a procedure. Saying 84years is good enough!

Hi and thank you for the warm welcome. I am 48 and have had a mechanical aortic value replacement and a single by pass due to aortic stenosis. I am feeling better all the time now and have returned to work after three months. I want to live a long and healthier life and know I need to make changes. I'm looking forward to the forums and learning new ways.
