What is a average BP reading?

Hi Janeanne

Normal would be around 120/80 but we are all different so around these figures would be good. Over 160/95 would be considered a bit high. Less than 105/60 would be low but better this way than high. Hope this helps.

normal b.p. ahter relaxation and rest should be 110/70 to 120/80.some times it varies.
