Familial Hyperlipidaemia.....or
Familial Hypercholesterolaemia....or
Familial Hypertriglyceridaemia.
Hope this is totally correct and that i have spelt them right and hope this helps.
I am not in the medical profession but have FH. Just damn bad luck on my part.
