Brought this from asda

Not a fan of palm oil having heart disease and microvascular angina

But after reading a little bit about it I think it might be beneficial?Maybe I'm wrong but it does say can help with LDL

Your healthy opinions would be so greatful

All I can say is to do an experiment. Measure cholesterol before start this oil, and measure cholesterol after six months to check the result in benefit. There may be other factors in the experiment period as well.

Hi Rob 🙂. I don’t know, but it’s got rapeseed in it too? Oils can become rancid at different heating points too so depends what your gonna do with it too.

As far as I was concerned rapeseed was the best of the lot apart from olive oil that is. I've been reading up on it and the antioxidants it carries are very good .There's too much to list regarding what good things it has.But I'm sure people will think it's not good and that's why I asked for others opinions.

"Red palm fruit and rapeseed oil "

Check it out Adaboo and see what you think?apparently it's perfect for cooking because it's better tempature wise unlike other oils.

Butter and Ghee are for cooking, olive oil for to go on food! Avoid all other oils.

The magic word there is 'can' help, not that it will help.
