Thank you for the link, lots of good information. Technology, SMS, Facebook and Twitter and Whatsapp, not every one have access to it. I am not a fan of Facebook and twitter!!!

Thanks for that link, am now following them on Twitter, not sure if I will understand them though, did pick up the bit where we are not automatically predestined by our genes, think Dr Esselstyn says this, will keep up my healthy lifestyle if something else does not kill me first!
