Fish oil always gives me heartburn ... I've tried smaller capsules that are odourless and a week later the heartburn starts ... Is this normal ? I eat salmon 3 times and week so I probably don't even need it but why does it do that ?!

Quite possibly it is something else in the capsules or because it is too concentrated. Also absorption may be quite different from that occurring naturally in the salmon.

Eat fish and chicken.

Try olive oil and rapeseed oil, a mouthful of both each day and you will live longer.

You said, Quote: I eat salmon 3 times and week so I probably don't even need it... End of Quote.

Have you ever heard of theis pice of advice: 'Never change a running system.'... or... 'If it ain't broke then don't fix it.

Stop taking additives you don't need, eat natural foods.
