I had 3 stents fitted in January. Whilst I was in hospital the cardiologist asked me several times if they gave me any discomfort, indicating some patients have some minor pain. I have never had any discomfort with mine.
had a stent fitted 23 months ago only discomfort I felt was after the op the and for approx. six months after had a stress echo test due to the discomfort all was o.k, if you are worried ask your cardiologist for a stress echo test.
