after a heart attack. when should a Gp provide an appointment with a cardiologist?If i havent received any letter from them what should i do

Did you not see a cardiologist when you were hospitalized following your heart attack? You should have been in the care of the cardiology team then and they will make your follow up appointments until they discharge you. You could ring your GP and ask him/her to find out or telephone the cardiology department yourself.
