Hi Kev, I suffer really bad with rosacea, I've recently started using Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliate & it's really improving 👍

I was exactly the same. I'm 47, had acne all through my teens, got diagnosed with RA when I was 37& rosacea at 39. I've spent a fortune on treatments & tried loads prescribed but to no avail. The Paula's choice is an exfoliate which you leave on your skin. It clears the impurities & had an inflammatory reducing element which tames redness. I saw a difference after about 6-7 days. Because it's an acid you will need a good SPF moisturiser for the sun.

Welcome to the forum Kev1983002. Having Rosacea can be quite distressing, and although quite a number of people get it, it seems that people get different outcomes from the various treatment options. I'm glad that Donnalouisec has offered some advice and I hope you do get some positive outcome. Just to mention also that the charity, Changing Faces offers emotional support services that you might find helpful.
