Discovered my cavernoma through MRI four years ago when a seizure shocked everyone. Had 9 major seizures (which leave me unconscious for half an hour), until the doc has put me on maximin dosage of anti-seizure meds. I get minor seizures every 5-7 days now, where I lose comprehension for several seconds/minutes. I'm thinking if reflex and yoga will help to lessen and eventually get rid of seizures. Any comments?
