too much stress

I'm back in the office most of the time. there's always some work stress. Since I'm in the office, my commute is back which is stressful enough but now kids are back in school so there is more traffic. My husband has stage 4 lung cancer, and we are running out of options. We are trying to get him into a clinical trial. I take care of all the insurance, bills, side effects, etc. that are cancer related. My nephew has a mental illness called schizoaffective disorder which is schizophrenia and bipolar. The other day, he called me to tell me he was going to kill himself, how he was going to do it, and where to find the suicide note. He told me to tell his mother. He didn't do it. this is way too much stress for one person.

I don’t know how you are coping with all this. He needs to be aware that you have got so much on your plate already, but I’m not sure how you make him aware of this xxxxx
