Skin feels sore to touch.

I have developed an area of skin on my back that has become really uncomfortable, can’t bare to wear a bra. There are no visible signs of redness or swelling, in fact there’s nothing to see at all.

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

That sounds very uncomfy Almostthere12, and a bit concerning that it's so sore that you don't want to wear a bra. I wonder if it's possibly inflamed nerve endings in that area, but of course that can only be a guess. If the discomfort goes on, I'd get a medical professional to have a look. Backs are so awkward, and if there's nothing to see, then definitely it should be looked at, at least for some advice and reassurance.
