Hi Mollykate, I see you've just joined us in this community, so first of all a great big welcome to you. Love the pic! It looks as if you have a lot to smile about there.

I think there's great merit in trying to smile, even when things aren't going so well. Have a good rant and a cry first, and then just see if you can squeeze out a smile. The thing is, if you do, people will react more positively to you. If you are going around with a face like thunder it can isolate you quite quickly.

I was on holiday in this picture enjoying time out with my husband.I-appreciate and love him the older we get.I too live in England
