I want to get my 95 year old mother an alarm bracelet as she will not wear a pendant. Where is the best place to buy one?

You don't 'buy' them. If you get in touch with your local social services or council, they will tell you which local company provides the service. I have mine through a company called 'Lifeline' which is in the East Sussex area. You pay a weekly fee for the service and it can be programmed for all sorts of things. Apart from being an emergency call button, you can sign up for the company to ring your mother at whatever intervals you like, to check she's OK, to remind her of medication, all sorts of things. I use this if I am going to be out, to ensure that my husband is OK whilst I am not around.
You can get them independently of social services, but in a case of need I cannot see the local authority saying no.
