It's 35 hours. The government website is a useful place to look for information.
My son is with me 24/7. I feel guilty as he has his whole life ahead of him, but he says I took care of him when he was a child; now its his turn to care for me! he's amazing, but I still feel he should get a training in something for when I drop off the twig.
