Hello Andrea

Are you needing the driver to stay with you the whole time or is it to take you there and pick up again?

Is your friend a wheelchair user also?

The local authority will have some details of transport providers on their website. Essex council are normally very good at providing information.

Have you approached local transport companies that provide transport for day centers?

Hello Andrea

Please see link to Bedfordshire council website. I suggest looking on here and contacting some of the organisations listed. If not, it is worth contacting the council adult services department directly to see if they are able to put you in touch with anyone.

If no luck there, try Essex local authority as they may be able to sign post to organisations within their area
