My mother in laws bathroom

my mother in laws bathroom is beyond repair she has no savings and no way of paying for a new one herself is there any one that can help

Is the house rented or council or does she own it?

Its her own property but she has no savings to get it done herself

Talk to social services and ask for an Occupational Therapist assessment if she is struggling with mobility and using the current bathroom. They will be able to advise on grants available also.
