Ok, as you know, it’s been a week where do to deshidratecion I have starting to hear buzzing in my ear. Comes and go. When I lay down I can hear’it otherwise nothing. For 2 times I woke up with both my ears ringing. My anxiety what night it’s coming it’s killing me . I went to doctor, test and all nothing. All it’s good. Probably I’m creating this due to my own fear. The only think the doctor told me was music to cover it. I’m scared af. Honestly after reading from forums , there is not much I can do. Except ignore and try not to fall mentally, even though atm I’m feeling a bit low. I’m anxious knowing night it’s coming . I wonder if I can hear it, if I’m the morning it’s coming back in both ears . Today after a migraine I took some ibrubofen 600, and all went away and still feeling like crap.
It’s been a hell of 2 years , so much stress so much anxiety ... i wonder how my body was dealing. Well now , tinnitus . All the best guys , but today I lost one battle.

I've looked up the word you used and I'm sorry but I don't know what deshidratecion is.
I think what you are saying is that you have noises in your ears at night. If this is the case, then yu are lucky because most people who have Tinnitus have it during the day as well.
You do get used to it in time.
Deep, relaxing breathing from the tummy (not the upper chest) should help you to achieve this.
Progressive muscle relaxation and bodyscan meditation can also be helpful for relaxing in bed when you’re trying to get to sleep. tinnitus.org.uk/Pages/Categ...
