Hi...Suffer with Bronchiectasis, ischaemia heart disease, hypothyroidism & several more.

Now a further problem has emerged with my knee. If feels like broken glass when I lean on it, even on something soft. I am reluctant to see a Dr cos hol ins is already sky high & we go on a cruise in 2wks.

Any suggestions as to the cause & anything to help remedy /alleviate it til I come back off holiday. Thank you!

Housemaids knee? Otherwise known as inflammation of the bursa in front of the kneecap.
