Constant antibiotics play havoc with my digestion - advice on diet?

Whilst I am eternally grateful that my Bronchiectisis is 'mild' and infections still respond to bog standard a/b I struggle with the side effects on my gut health. Anyone recommend a diet which might help? I always take probiotics (based on the fact that it can take your gut up to 12 months to recover and I never go more than a couple of months between a/b!)

Ive had to follow a gluten free diet since having to take strong antibiotics for 4 weeks a few years ago. My gut has healed a lot but I still can't tolerate wheat. I'm on azithromycin 3 times a week now, so take daily probiotics to help. Good luck!

I’m on antibiotics every day, and then swap to two different ones for a flare. Plus IVs now & again. I take pre-biotics (Bimuno) as well as pro. Also I have a kefir drink everyday & try to avoid anything with added sugar. Luckily I haven’t got a sweet tooth. Since I’ve been doing this I haven’t had any gut problems, even when on IVs, and I haven’t had thrush either
