Bronchiectasis/Sinus Infection

How do you deal with bronchiectasis and a sinus infections. My first sinus infections since being diagnosed with bronchiectasis. Thanks

I take my rescue antibiotics and use neilmed two or three times a day. Plenty of rest and water. When my sinuses are infected my lungs usually like to join the party so plenty of lung clearance too. I take a sputum sample to GPs to check what bug it is. If this is your first infection you may want to see a doctor to get some advice. Take care.

It didn't make any difference as the antibiotics and nasal spray worked and no impact on my chest.
