Do you need to ask your dr before taking or is it just like all the other bits and supplements we take?

I bought some online back when I posted this, however I’ve been given Carbocisteine from my consultant and I think they do the same thing?

I’m now wondering if this could be the one your mentioning that gives you side effects 😬
