Enlarged liver and spleen

I'm so sorry to bother everyone again, it's just that I have [yet another] question. My liver and spleen are enlarged as a result of my cirrhosis - by not drinking, exercising and eating cleanly, is there any chance of the liver and spleen shrinking back to close to the size they should be? Thank you so much once again.

Mine were enlarged as well ut the longer i stayed off the drink they started getting smaller by a little but is was to late for me i had to have a transplant Lon

When I was first diagnosed my liver was a normal size but my spleen was enlarged . I stopped drinking and follows what the doctors and dietitians said and now I have a normal size spleen. So yes that can happen .

Thank you so much, Etymolog. It certainly seems that giving up drinking is THE key.
