I know I have already had many great replies especially from katie but was just wondering if anyone else has had a really high cap score and high liver enzymes and recovered and how they did it.

It’s quite simple, zero booze, a healthy diet and regular exercise. It really is that simple. Who would have thought the decades long best health practice and guidelines actually do work. Ignore wonder pills and herbs, magic diet fads and expensive gym membership and programmes. Drink water instead of alcohol. Walk. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Say no to junk food. Give yourself 12 months and watch the results.
