I have been diagnosed with NASH cirrhosis.

When I had the fibroscan I had to lie on my left side and the scan was done on my back.

Everything I have seen since is people lying on their back with their right arm stretched up.

I have been wondering whether the scan was done properly. Has anyone else had their scan done the same as me?

Hiya

I had mine done in Jan this year and it was as you say on my back with right arm raised and they apply the probe in the middle of your ribs. Not aware of any other way of doing it. Good luck with managing your NASH.
