Normal blood test and elf test

Can anybody help and give me some information, I recently had an appointment with my consultant who is very good and straight talking which is great, I had a fibro scan back in March which showed F3 fibrosis, then had another which my consultant requested this also showed F3 fibrosis with steatosis of the liver, the second fibroscan it took them ages to scan me and the first result came back normal but then I requested another nurse to conduct the scan because something did not sit right, and that scan came back F3 again, so confused I spoke to my consultant about it and he said I have done all the blood test I can do regarding the liver Fib 4, elf test etc and they have come back normal, I am so confused because I have still got so much bloating in my stomach all the time which has a niggling pain in the right quadrant a lot, he has now requested an mri scan so he can see if there is anything else going on like blocked ducts because they removed my Gallbladder in 2017 and said it was not functioning correctly, which in my opinion don't feel it was the right desicion, everyday I am in some discomfort with the bloating and dull pain can anyone shed some light on this, I have been having this pain and bloating for years now, forgot to add that pain radiates around to where the kidneys are and then into my shoulder blades and pelvis.

What was your fib4 score?

The consultant did not tell me what my fib 4 was, he just said it was normal he always follows up with a letter so I am sure he will put the result in there but my elf test was 8.9.

That’s a low risk of progression correct?
