trying to reverse fatty liver

I had an ultrasound in April that showed fatty liver. Last week I had a ct scan for something else and I asked them if they could see if it has been reversed as I’ve tried so hard since then. He said he didn’t know if it will show. Waiting for results and I was wondering if a ct scan can show this as he wasn’t sure
