Hi GTGJ

If you're consultant said it was ok then I presume it's ok.

The only time I would personally advise against it is if you're an alcoholic as even though alcohol free it can be a slippery slope to starting back on alcohol if you're trying to remain abstinent as alcohol free doesn't tend to give the same 'zaza' so people can relapse (not all people) but some.

Best of Luck 🙂

Oh if it's alcohol free wine don't bother I don't drink anymore not through illness just personal choice as I used to drink alot/daily to cope with stress at work and looked awful and lived in state of a non stop panic attack most of the time so I gave up and tried the alcohol free wine bleuu so now I just have coffee or 'mocktails' if I'm out 👍
