I was wondering if anyone else had been naltrexone for extreme itching. It is giving me terrible side effects ie nausea, shakiness, dizziness and very weak. Any comments would be appreciated

Yes, I have had the same problems with Naltrexone and it didn't help with itching. Also, if you need pain medications you can have a reaction. I was prescribed Doxepin 25mg at night and it has worked great. Also, I have heard Sertraline works good. Both have side effect and are anti-anxiety medications. Like to hear others response.
