PBC with Cirrhosis

I was diagnosed with PBC in 2016, I had 2 ARFI scans one in 2019 and one in 2020. Both of these showed F4 result. I did not get told that this was, in fact, Cirrhosis until September 2022 by a Consultant Heptatologist at a different hospital. As you can imagine this has left me feeling overwhelmed and very upset and in a bad place mentally. I have now transferred my care to the Consultant Heptatologist at the different hospital who has informed me that I will need a transplant at some point. I have just had an Ultrasound which shows the beginnings of Portal Hypertension. Is there anyone whose scan has shown this and does anyone know if I will be prescribed anything for it as it is at the beginning. I am very worried and scared.
