please, does anyone know if “Turmeric ( fresh or powder) and “green tea” ok for a fatty liver . Thanks for your help

from what I've read, black tea is supposed to be better for your liver than green. (Miss it!!!) I have trusted (but verified through research) the recommendations of the moderators and they are spot on. However, use your diet as your most powerful weapon YOU can control other than taking the meds as directed. good luck!
