According to details on the Fatty Liver Foundation page they say:- "In clinical trials for NAFLD/NASH diagnosis, patients with a FIB-4 score less than 1.3 were classified as not having advanced fibrosis, while patients with a FIB-4 score greater than 2.67 were classified as having advanced fibrosis. Those with Fib-4 scores 1.3 to 2.6 were indeterminate, requiring further testing."
So, your score of 2.18 puts you in that indeterminate category and will need further testing to work out what degree (if any) fibrosis you have.
