Just a super interesting article on a clinical trial that is using cells from donated livers to see if ectopic mini livers can be grown in human lymph nodes that would provide additional liver function in people with ESLD. 2027 is not too far away! Regenerative medicine is advancing yall! Exciting and hopeful stuff. thenationalnews.com/health/...

A very interesting article. Freaky solution, but nothing wrong with a bit of lateral thinking if, at worst, it buys someone more time and life until a full liver transplant can be arranged.
