Not always in short. It all depends on the main reason of the liver disease fibrosis/cirrhosis.

Detectable levels of AMA and IgA are generally associated with an array of autoimmune conditions - including but not exclusively liver diseases like PBC, AIH.

Obviously there are various other types of liver disease and you wouldn't expect to test positive for AMA for many of them, however much scaring there was.

So no this test is not evidence of cirrhosis (or not) on its own.

Moreover, your previous posts suggest you've a small amount of reversible fatty infiltration already confirmed.

have read that in combination with high liver enzymes can mean cirrhosis, I have other symptoms that I have not mentioned here and will now be investigated further which again triggers my health anxiety.

Simple answer is no. With some liver disease those auto-antibodies can be raised but most would not show that pattern. They are also not specific to liver disease either, so if they are present, i wouldn't draw the conclusion that it was significant of liver disease or cirrhosis.

im also going to do a protein-profil do u know what that say?

You might be better off addressing your anxiety instead. Stress and anxiety cause physical symptoms and your liver has already been given the all clear. Your mental health is important, please talk to someone about it.
