I have had a yes from the Queen Elizabeth University hospital going on to the waiting subject to a yes from the radiology team. I should be told for sure today.

Of course I have mixed feelings about it but just as we are getting a plan together financially my benefit is now £345 a month. That's limited capabilities one. £0.0 UC ( I asked why. I am only entitled to £1.04p) No housi or that stuff has been stopped. My partner works but now I am told that they have overpaid me and will be taking back each month. Why does life chuck things like this just when you really don't need it! Rant over....sorry but I need to talk to people that understand.

They haven't called to say it's on or not but they said they were calling yesterday 🤷‍♀️ . I am having very strange dreams about it all.

Charlie-legs - I seem to recall that at that time my brain was causing all sorts of - not so- funny things to be going on. It’s a very stressful time so I hope you get your answer soon 🤞🤞.

Sorry that you experienced this but thanks for sharing as I feel like I am going mad!

I spoke with them this morning and should hear today or tomorrow. I'm having dark thoughts so probably I am being melodramatic!!

well done getting on the list. My partner was listed for the royal free 2 weeks ago and it was such a relief getting the call to say they had finally listed him as we had to wait an extra 5 weeks from his initial assessment for an extra CT scan they wanted. We are just getting used to keeping our phones charged but I do admit to jumping out of my skin everytime they ring! Does that ever change I wonder!? Get your bag packed, I did my partners the day he was listed and popped some treats and nice new toiletries in there plus a little hidden note for him to find when he is hopefully through the other side of all of this xx
