don't buy processed foods
The idea is not to add salt to anything ( not even cooking water) and avoid all processed foods, you need a healthy balanced diet with a focus on protein and carbohydrates, it’s tricky to begin with but very easy and tasty, instead of salt use herbs and spices to flavour your food and sadly eating out is tricky. To begin with I only ate what I cooked and after a couple of months I allowed myself one meal out a month. Good luck xx
