Sometimes life just feels unfair, have a rant, we all understand. Then tuck yourself up in bed with some treats and give yourself some talc. Hope you feel better soon
Haha, damn autocorrect. It did give me a laugh though "why would she want to give herself talc??" Made my morning, thank you x
π€£I did wonder ..... smells nice anyway !
Itβs the lead up to clinic appointments, gets me every time. You wonder what theyβre going to tell you next. Then you go along and itβs fine. Having Covid must make it ten times worse. Look after yourself π·
Keep your chin up - itβs important. I had COVID in 2020 and only had mild cold symptoms but everyone is different.
Sometimes we feel like everything is being chucked at us all a once don't we? Just when we think we are coming out of 1 disaster, we are plunged into another and the knock on effects that causes to us all. Yep covid is doing the rounds again. I think we have probably become a bit complacent since the government removed all restrictions. Hubby and l have it too and although we feel pretty rough, heavy cold and cough, we have to draw on the positives...... if we hadn't had the vaccines our symptoms would be so much worse and hubby probably wouldn't survive it due to other health issues ( not liver related) So, take all your prescribed meds, keep in touch with your doc with any further symptoms and remember things WILL improve.
All the best.
L x
Good news, Keep smiling xx
They say things happen in threes don't they? It always seems to be the way, you don't have one thing you have a bunch of things one after the other which make you feel downhearted, but don't worry summer's on it's way (ok it snowed yesterday - minor setback!)Hope you feel better soon x
It's hard, but do your best to keep your spirits up. I had a bad case of Covid in March 2020 and have since found out that my NAFLD has seriously deteriorated, so you need to look after yourself, give your body time to recover and don't be in a rush to get back to normal. I have long covid symptoms now and seem to pick up every bug going, I'm currently recovering from a bout of gastric type flu, so take good care of yourself and get better in your own time, not anyone elses.
