Fibroscan after one year from last one

I would like to share some upate about my liver status. A year ago I had fibroscan 8.8 kpa (IRQ/median 32% so not so reliable). No CAP score was measured. At that time BMI around 25.

Now today fibroscan 7.0 (IRQ/median 4%), CAP 237. BMI around 23, no alcohol during last year (but I have never drunk unhealthy amount but still).

My hepatologist said F1/F2 and S1 (here 237 not sure but I think is some border score between S0/S1).

Anyway I think my CAP score was higher a year ago despite the fact I was pretty slim that time. But I am happy it is going to right direction. Now my INR (the only test regarding liver which was abnormal) is 1.06.

Those scores are great, most consultants want you somewhere under 250 for CAP and under about 7-7.5 KPA, the norm is actually around 5.5. So great news, also I was told that sometimes it can be natural that your score goes up and down a little over such a period, but numbers are good. Im not sure what is happening elsewhere but your FS numbers indicate very very mild fatty Liver with no damage at all, low BMI too. So being overweight was never your problem maybe diet, stress, or genetics. Good news
