6 months ago my ggt was 28, had a blood test Friday and its now 57 my Alkaline Phosphatase has increased to 108 too.

Only drink 0% beer, but was at a funeral and just had 1 glass of cider.

I have been eating a lot of chocolate and biscuits lately would that have effect

Tom,I’m sorry to hear that u attended a funeral. Losses are hard to deal with , but the drink and sugar isn’t the way! 😆 ur only hurting yourself more . I know it’s easier said than done (trust me I live with pain most days) but u deserve to live comfortably . Don’t give ur body reasons to turn on u . For what ? To satisfy A little craving ? Temporary pleasure isn’t worth the backlash ur liver is gonna throw at u. Keep at it and don’t give up on yourself . Again , sorry for ur loss
