The one thing your husband always mentions is that he has a wonderful wife who looks after him so well. Because you have been working hard, taking on all the responsibilities and looking after him, it is a very important part of why he is getting better.
I'm so glad he is improving and if he continues to get better, you will not have to worry. He can live for years with cirrhosis as long as he eats well, sleeps well and no alcohol or cigarettes
Fantastic and well done, it takes a lovely person who understands that it is a disease having an addiction. People need support and you not giving up on him has now undoubtedly helped...Well done and good luck for the future...
What a lovely post and everyone is right about having a wonderful partnership that doesn’t give up, my wife is the same and looking at it as the alcoholic the hard work that you have put in I now hope you can get the benefit and have a husband back 👍Stay Safe All
Very well done to your husband and also to you, as you have played a vital part in his great progression. Carry on being strong as I am sure your husband really appreciates you deep down.

Thank you for the reply,my dad is in hospital right now.he had a nose bleeding, blood in his urine and abdominal pain.the problem is that we can't count much on doctors,we are from Romania. Our health sistem is miserable, the doctors don't comunicate with us ,we don't know exactly what caused this new symptoms,we are not allowed to get into the hospital because of Covid,he can barely talk on the phone....the situation is desperate...
