Rubbery feeling in toes?

My mum suffers from cirrhosis and is saying her toes feel like rubber strange sensation. Has anyone experienced this. Not sure if it is related to her cirrhosis or not.

She needs to get this assessed by doctors - it could be something along the lines of peripheral neuropathy or potentially signs of diabetes or similar. Really something for doctors to check out.

I have diabetes and my leg right up to my knee kind of tingles when I apply the sponge in the shower. I don't think it's a NAFLD symptom though.
