What should be my next steps? years of high enzymes

I have had higher than normal liver enzymes for years since 2013 After having pre-eclampsia during pregnancy. I got a liver scan many times and my scans have come back normal. My dr has my do one every other year just to check. Here are what my liver enzymes were and what they are

Its been like this on and off for years> I am not sure what to do next. I feel mostly ok. I have a lot of anxiety about cirrhosis and end stage liver diseases. I take xanax prescribed by my dr and prozac he thinks this is what causes the influx of enzymes for my liver. I did some drinking this summer but mostly I save it for a special occasion or social event but in my past college years I did drink heavily not daily but heavily during the first few years of college. I guess im just wondering what to do next. Im not sure if Pregnancy had anything to do with it since I was not on my meds. I am waiting for more directives from my DR AMA and ANA negative
