No such thing as flat belly tonic. You cant target where you lose fat from.
Keep up a healthy liver friendly diet and exercise and you will lose fat from your belly as well as other fat stores around the body.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. You don't want to put your liver under any more stress and just because a substance is 'natural' doesn't make it safe.
Turmeric as a supplementary product can be dangerous in that it has blood thinning properties and often with cirrhosis you already have the potential to bleed more easily, less blood platelets and difficulty stopping small bleeds so the last thing you need is something that might make your blood even thinner.
You should ONLY take supplements if they are ok'd by your liver doctor. It is best to get your calories and all necessary vitamins/minerals through your food.
If you are struggling with nutritional needs to ensure you are fuelling properly etc. you should ask to see a liver specialist dietician to offer guidance on appropriate foods for your individual needs.

What a rip off $89 to knacker your liver???? The only thing it's going to flatten is your wallet !!! 50 sit ups twice a day costs nothing .
Just keep eating low fat, low sugar and working out, you WILL get there. Good luck !

Haha I know .I'm not the brightest lol.its just frustrating I've been dieting for few months and gym everyday and my weight just seem to take forever to go down lol it has but very slow.and I got the hard swollen gut I hate it lol
I'm not a personal trainer but I've been there, cardio alone wont do much good, neither will weight training alone. You want to mix cardio and weights and build muscle and if you aim to have a calorie deficit diet which upping your protein intake to build muscle mass you will lose belly fat. It does work. HIIT classes are great as are weight classes like body pump for beginners.
Saying all this, you really should run any exercise regime past your consultant along with any diet changes to make sure you don't do any more liver damage.
Good luck!

Thank you.yeah I was doing weights for years the doctor didn't recommend it he said try stick to cardio.he said I also needed to cut down on my protein intake
I work with a fella who is absolutely ripped, and he doesn't do any weights at all. He only does exercises that involve his own body weight and he eats really healthily, it does require a complete change in mindset and lifestyle but can be done for sure.
You'll have to tailor your own regime for your own goals and of course the liver condition. Maybe ask to see a nutritionist to get the best out of your diet and exactly what you can and cant have (ie extra protein etc)
