Pre with abnormal menstrual bleeding

Hi

I'm pre for the last 2 1/2 years and post menopause. Does anyone having or had sudden breakthrough bleeding with dull ache. I've had it for the last month and I know hormones can change with cirrhosis. Is this common would like to know

Apparently any liver dis-ease may have an effect on hormones. Recently dealing with abnormal menstrual bleeding yet I've been told I am pre menopausal and im only 36. Im also now dealing with loss and/or no growth of underarm pit hair, legs etc. Didn't realize how much the liver impacts everything. not sure if there is anything hormonal we could take to help regulate these changes.

Tell me about it. The complications etc from liver disease is far more than I knew about it when first diagnosed. Every time I went to specialist there was something more that cropped up. I think I've nearly had every condition with it and now this. I agree with you about leg and armpit hair. But I feel for you being so young going through pre menopause. But I'm alive that's the only thing I got to keep telling myself

Thats what I say to myself too tgat Im still alive and able to do things for myself but everyday gets more challenging. May I ask what other symptoms you have had and how you are coping with them.?

Where do I start. Hepatic encephalopathy, ascites,edema,pancreatic cysts,endocrine system not functioning properly, portal hypertension , reactive hypoglycemia, splenomalgy and of course cirrhosis. How do I cope good question. I talk about myself as third person then its not me. Do as I'm told by the heptologist I never moan let them get on with it. I do get naffed off with all I have but if I'm down nothing better than a rubbish film to cheer me up lol and never what ifs as that doesn't change anything. I've said I'm gonna start charging student docs as they would learn lots from me lol

My symptoms are crazy too. My heart palpitations are crazy now, chronic fatigue, rapid weight loss, flushing cold feeling in legs, weird stool, loss of pubic hair etc , pre menopause, my days feel so short as I feel I am beyond cirrhosis at this point and drs are not picking anything up:(. I am trying to stay positive despite all things considered. Any advice?

It would be advisable to see your doctor - sudden or breakthrough bleeding can have many causes, so get it checked out.

Fully agree with this. I’d consult a gynecologist. Best wishes
