I have worried i damaged my liver due to heavy drinking and I had normal blood tests but my MCV was raised and I just got my liver ultrasound back and it said normal liver Size and no focal abnormality. Can I still have liver disease with these findings?

You have to trust the results that your doctor give you when you receive them. Sadly we get too many posts where patients keep trying to convince themselves they are poorly when all results prove otherwise. As you know you have a history of drinking then the only way to protect your liver, reverse any damage and prevent further damage is to maintain an alcohol free lifestyle.
Yes you can have liver disease or problems with the liver despite having normal scans and bloods. This is exactly what happened with me
