I used to love having cereal in the morning. Nothing super sugary, just stuff like wheat checks, rice checks, stuff like that. Anybody found any cereal that is ok for fatty liver? I found some that has no added sugars and only 4g of carbs per bowl. Any thoughts on this? They can be found here magicspoon.com.

I’m not sure what I’m doing is exactly right but I buy the Kashi brand go lean blueberry crumble.
I’m doing muesli with 2% milk and some raisins added. Milk has sugar in it anyway.
Shredded wheat has no sodium or sugar. I get the wheat and bran mixed one. Sometimes I top it with special k with fruit.
Frosted shredded wheat has almost no sodium... but does have sugar.
Shredded wheat also includes protein (5G) so that’s a bonus.
