Hi Guys has anyone got a driving licence for more than 1 year who has alcohol issues in the past I've got mine back but only for 1 year yet again.

It may seem like a hard decision but I just wish others would do the same.

Hi, I too have a restricted licence which is in the process of renewal. I am also an insulin dependent diabetic which also goes against me. I will wait and see if it is for more than a year I'm currently driving on a section 88 as long as I have the backing of my doctors that I am fit to drive and I haven't touched alcohol for over two and a half years.
