Itching and rash with digestive issues

Hi,

I had some issues last year that possibly arose from drinking. I'm 29, I dont drink during the week but binge most weekends for the last 6 or more years. I was getting a sore stomach pale stools and bad smelling flatulence for a few months. I had an ultrasound that turned up nothing, lft and pancreatic tests that came up mostly normal except for I think my alt ast ratio was out but still within range and a stool test brought up aeromonas (stomach bug). I booked an appt with a gastro doctor who wasn't sure whether it was my liver, pancreas or possibly the bug. Eventually most of the symptoms went away and he said maybe Ibs. But for almost the last month I've had a rash on my chest that wont go away and I've been quite itchy at night, sometimes waking up scratching. I saw a naturopath recently and I had a food intolerance test, which came back intolerant with alot, (dairy, rice, oat, wheat, corn, egg, potato and yeast) but I've never had any intolerances to foods before. I ordered a private LFT and pancreatic function test recently and almost all came back normal except globulin was slightly low. My globulin has dropped, it was 23 g/l last august. could my liver health be deteriorating or is it possibly something else? Here are my results, all in range by australian standards except globulin.

Albumin 46 g/l

Globulins 19 g/l (20-40 is normal range)
